No returns on custom made items
At Curiosity Interiors we work hard to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement or refund. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 48 hours. If any of the packaging is damaged the item is to be refused by the customer and not to be signed for. Curiosity Interiors will refund postage on faulty items.
Photographic evidence of the damage will be required.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Curiosity Interiors, if for any reason you wish to return an item we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging or it will not be accepted under our returns policy. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage on return. The goods will remain the buyers responsibility until returned. If the returned goods are damaged at all on receipt through transit, it will be down to the sender to claim from the courier service they used. On receipt we will inspect the item and process refunds within 30 days. If returning an item that has been sent on free delivery terms, the normal costs of delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded.
How to Return Goods
When making returns we suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items. The item will need to be checked over by our staff before any refunds can be issued.

You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.
In the case of a Custom Made Order you will not have the right to cancel the Order once it has been placed. If you do wish to cancel all or part of a Custom Made Order at any time after the Order has been placed then you will remain liable to pay for the Goods in full.
Deliveries made by us at Curiosity Interiors will be made to the address specified when placing your order. You may alternatively choose, when ordering, to collect your product from our store Curiosity Interiors, 37-39 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BY. These options are available at the time of order and therefore please select either "delivery" or "customer collection".
We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the product you order.
We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. In the event of our products being held up we shall contact you to let you know if we are having problems getting an item to you by the specified delivery date. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event.
Please be certain your purchase will fit into the required space to avoid disappointment before you buy. You should check the dimensions of the space within which the product will be placed and allow for the fact that the dimensions specified on the website are approximate only and may vary. You should also measure any door ways, corridors or staircases the product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge of 20% and the cost of the delivery will be charged for items returned in this situation.
When we are assembling large items such as wardrobes etc. in your home we cannot be held responsible for household damages that may occur. We ask that you provide appropriate protection to any surfaces you wish to protect, and provide ample room for assembly.
For large items such as wardrobes that require a two man delivery there will be a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date. This is due to time and labour costs.
Please also note customers shall be re-charged for a second delivery if they are not home on the agreed pre-arranged delivery day.
An adult must be available at the delivery address to carefully check the Products and sign and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defect must be reported to us within 48hours of receipt by email on email@example.com. If any of the packaging is damaged the item is to be refused and not to be signed for.
Larger items are sent with two man vehicles. Our deliveries are scheduled in with you so you will know when your products will be arriving. Our drivers will take the furniture to your room of choice and assemble on your behalf if requested on order. If there is any possibility of items being returned at a later date you must ensure all packaging is kept as per our terms and conditions. We cannot accept any returns if items are not in their original packaging.
Smaller items will be sent via courier and will need to be signed for.
For delivery outside the UK and remote UK areas please contact us for a delivery quote.
We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK. We also deliver to the more remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle of Man, and The Isle of Wight but there a surcharge for this which is calculated on the size and weight of your order.
