Returning faulty goods
We work hard to ensure that all our goods are delivered to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email email@example.com within 48hours of receipt to report the damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement of refund option. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 48 hours. If any of the packaging is damaged the goods are to be refused by the customer and not to be signed for. Curiosity Interiors will refund postage on faulty items.
Returning unwanted goods
If for any reason you wish to return an unwanted item, we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its' original condition and packaging, or it will not be accepted under our returns policy. The goods will remain the buyers' responsibility until returned. If the returned goods are damaged through transit, it is the senders' responsibility to claim from the courier used. On receipt we will inspect the item and process refunds within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items. If returning an item that has been sent on free delivery terms, the normal costs of delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded.
* Once the packaging on mattresses or bed linens has been opened, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange.
* In the case of a custom made order (orders made for you, either in size, colour and/or fabric), you will not have the right to cancel once the order has been placed. If you do wish to cancel a full or partial custom made order, at any time after the order has been placed, you will remain liable to pay for the goods in full.

Email us your return information
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt to state your intention to return. Please email us within 48 hours to report any damages. Please include your name, address, item purchased, date purchased and reason for returning.
Choose your returns method
All returns must be sent to us at Curiosity Interiors, 37-39 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BY within 14 days of receipt.
Return by post
Remember to use a recorded postal service; we also suggest using a track-able and insured postal service, to protect yourself in the event of loss or damage.
Return to the store
You may return your item to our store, along with a completed returns form. You will be refunded online, in the same method you paid.
Return to a DPD Parcel Shop
You may return your item to a DPD Parcel Shop for £6.50 (this will be deducted from the amount refunded). Simply attach the pre-printed returns label to your parcel and take it to your nearest parcel shop. Parcels must be no bigger than 100cm x 60cm x 70cm. Please be certain your purchase will fit into the required space to avoid disappointment before you buy. Dimensions specified on our website are approximate only. You should measure any door-ways, corridors or staircases that the product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning.
If we are assembling items such as wardrobes etc. in your home we cannot be held responsible for household damages that may occur. We ask that you provide appropriate protection to any surfaces you wish to protect, and provide ample room for assembly.
Deliveries made by us at Curiosity Interiors will be made to the address specified when placing your order. When your order is ready for dispatch, a member of staff will contact you to agree a delivery date. Please note customers shall be re-charged for a second delivery if they are not home on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date.
You may alternatively choose, when ordering, to collect your order from our store Curiosity Interiors, 37-39 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BY. These options are available at the time of order and therefore please select either 'delivery' or 'customer collection'.
We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided, unless, there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. In the event of our products being delayed, we shall contact you. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event.
Delivery by courier

We use couriers DPD, APC and MyHermes for small goods delivery. Couriers will attempt to deliver three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us. In this case we re-charge the amount paid for delivery to cover the cost of re-sending your order. An adult must be available at the delivery address to provide a signature and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.
We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided, unless, there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. Where we are unable to supply goods within our advertised time-scale, we will contact you. If delivery is not possible within the specified time we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event. Our delivery time-scales stated on the website are approximate only. Due to the vast amount of products we have on our website and the fast turnover, it is impossible to always maintain stock level information.
We deliver to the whole of the UK mainland. We also deliver to the remote areas of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle Of Man and The Isle Of Wight. Delivery charges to remote areas may incur a surcharge, which is calculated by the size and weight of your order. We also deliver worldwide. Please contact us for a quote.
