We work hard to ensure that all our goods are delivered to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email contactus@curiosityinteriors.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement or refund option. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 48 hours. If any of the packaging is damaged the goods are to be refused by the customer and not to be signed for. Curiosity Interiors will refund postage on faulty items.
If for any reason you wish to return an unwanted item, we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its' original condition and packaging, or it will not be accepted under our returns policy. The goods will remain the buyers' responsibility until returned. If the returned goods are damaged through transit, it is the senders' responsibility to claim from the courier used. On receipt we will inspect the item and process refunds within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items. If returning an item that has been sent on free delivery terms, the normal costs of delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded.
* Once the packaging on mattresses or bed linens has been opened, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange.
* In the case of a custom made order (orders made for you, either in size, colour and/or fabric),you will not have the right to cancel once the order has been placed. If you do wish to cancel a full or partial custom made order, at any time after the order has been placed, you will remain liable to pay for the goods in full.

STEP ONE
Email us your return information
Please email us at contactus@curiosityinteriors.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to state your intention to return. Please email us within 48 hours to report any damages. Please include your name, address, item purchased, date purchased and reason for returning.
STEP TWO
Choose your returns method
All returns must be sent to us at Curiosity Interiors, 37-39 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BY within 14 days of receipt.
RETURN BY POST
Remember to use a recorded postal service; we also suggest using a track-able and insured postal service, to protect yourself in the event of loss or damage.
RETURN TO THE STORE
You may return your item to our store, along with a completed returns form. You will be refunded online, in the same method you paid.
RETURN TO A DPD PARCEL SHOP
You may return your item to a DPD Parcel Shop for £6.50 (this will be deducted from the amount refunded). Simply attach the pre-printed returns label to your parcel and take it to your nearest parcel shop. Parcels must be no bigger than 100cm x 60cm x 70cm.
